I am not aware of any UI/UX to manage these cached/stored accounts for OneDrive/Edge etc. However, new versions of Windows 10/11 store these credentials using Web Account Manager (I think). I don't know how to do this in Windows 10/11.Įarlier, OneDrive credentials were stored in Credential Manager and I could have cleaned up there. When I encountered a similar problem in macOS, I was able to clear my credentials (kinda reset OneDrive) and next attempt took me correctly to my home directory for login. Being a web account provider window, I cannot modify the URLs for the login page to take me to my home tenant for login. There is no provision in the login screen to switch to a different tenant. I, obviously, am licensed to access OneDrive only in my home directory/tenant. When I try to sign-in, the login screen for Office 365 shows me the logo of the Azure AD tenant which is NOT my home directory. My OneDrive syncs fine on most machines but one machine is stuck with the above error (0x8004deef you don't have access to this service). That puts one's account in multiple tenant. I believe the root cause here is Azure AD B2B collaboration feature.
